Preparation Method

OVEN:
Pre-heat the oven to 180° C, remove the protective bag and put the tray, still frozen, into the oven for 45 minutes. If the product has been defrosted, reduce time to 25 minutes.
IN A STEAM OVEN:
Pre-heat the oven to 200° C, remove the protective bag and put the tray, still frozen, into the oven for 35 minutes. If the product has been defrosted, reduce time to 20 minutes.
